I recently placed an order for four suits, but unfortunately, the package I received have one suit did not match what was advertised. Instead of the expected item, I was sent a completely different piece of clothing that was rough in texture and clearly not what I had ordered.

When I contacted customer service, the representative claimed the incorrect item was not theirs, despite it arriving in the package containing my order. This lack of accountability is frustrating and reflects poorly on the company’s reliability.

It’s unacceptable to showcase one product and deliver something entirely different—especially of inferior quality. Due to this misleading experience and unsatisfactory resolution, I cannot recommend purchasing from this seller again. Buyers should be cautious when considering orders from them.
